How to Share Your Proposal Tracking Link

How to find, copy, and send your unique proposal tracking link — and what gets recorded the moment your client opens it.

Every proposal you upload gets a unique tracking link. When your client opens it, Nudji starts recording exactly how they engage with the proposal — and alerts you at the right moment to follow up.

Finding Your Link

After uploading a proposal, the tracking link is shown on the success screen. You can also find it any time on the proposal's analytics page:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click the proposal title to open its analytics page
  3. Look for the Tracking link section — the full URL is shown with a copy button

Link Formats by Plan

All proposal links open the same full-screen viewer — the difference is only in the URL format your client sees:

Pro plan users automatically get the clean proposals.nudji.in subdomain. To set up your own custom domain, go to Settings → Custom Domain.

If you switch plans, old links you have already shared continue to work — Nudji redirects all formats to the correct viewer internally.

Sending the Link

Copy and paste it directly into whatever you use to communicate with clients — email, WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn DMs. There's no special client portal or login required. The link just works.

Email example:

Hi Sarah, please find the proposal here: [link]

That's it. No attachments, no "you need to create an account" friction for your client.

What Happens When the Client Opens It

  1. The link opens in their browser — any device, no app needed
  2. A name prompt appears (optional — they can skip it)
  3. The proposal opens as a full-screen interactive PDF viewer
  4. Nudji silently records which pages they read, how long they spent, and whether they return

Each Link Is Unique

Every proposal gets exactly one tracking link that never changes. If you share the same link with multiple people — for example, forwarding it to the client's colleague — both sessions are tracked and attributed as separate viewers.

If you want completely isolated analytics for two different clients, upload a separate proposal for each.

Disabling a Link

If a proposal is marked as Won or Lost in the dashboard, the tracking link remains active — clients can still view the PDF — but nudge alerts are handled differently:

  • Won — all nudges are suppressed (deal is closed)
  • Lost — re-engagement nudges fire with context-appropriate copy, so you're alerted if the client comes back

You cannot currently deactivate a link entirely without deleting the proposal.
