How to Upload a Proposal to Nudji

Step-by-step guide to uploading a PDF, creating a trackable link, and sharing it with your client in under two minutes.

Nudji turns any PDF proposal into a trackable link. Here's how to get your first one live.

What You Need

  • A PDF file (Word docs, Google Docs, PowerPoint decks — export them to PDF first)
  • A free Nudji account with an active trial or paid plan

Step-by-Step

1. Click "New Proposal" in the sidebar

You'll find the button in the left sidebar on any dashboard page. On mobile, tap the + button in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Fill in the proposal details

  • Title — your internal name for this proposal (e.g. "Brand Refresh — Acme Corp"). Your client never sees this.
  • Client name — used to personalise nudge alerts (e.g. "Acme Corp opened your proposal").
  • Client email (optional) — if provided, shown alongside session data so you know exactly who's reading.
  • Client phone (optional) — for your reference only.

3. Choose your file

Drag and drop your PDF onto the upload area, or click to browse. Nudji accepts PDF files only — up to 50MB per file.

The file is scanned to confirm it's a valid PDF. If the upload fails, check that:

  • The file ends in .pdf
  • The file isn't password-protected
  • The file is under 50MB

4. Click "Upload proposal"

Nudji uploads the file directly to secure storage, then creates a unique tracking link. You'll see a success screen with your shareable link within a few seconds.

Proposal Limits by Plan

PlanProposals
Free trial3 (during your 7-day trial)
Starter10 per billing cycle
Growth20 per billing cycle
ProUnlimited

The counter resets at the start of each new billing cycle. Proposals from previous cycles remain accessible — they just don't count toward the current month's limit.

Tips

  • Name proposals clearly. You'll have multiple proposals in the dashboard — a clear title ("Website Redesign — June 2026") is easier to track than "Proposal v3 FINAL".
  • One proposal per engagement. If you revise your proposal, upload a new version rather than reusing the old link. Fresh uploads give you clean analytics.
  • PDF quality matters. Nudji renders pages exactly as they appear in the PDF. Use a high-quality export from your design tool for the best viewer experience.
