How to Upgrade, Cancel or Renew Your Nudji Plan
What happens when you upgrade (immediate access), cancel (access until cycle end), or renew — and how Razorpay billing works for Indian users.
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately.
- Access to new features starts right away. You don't need to wait until the next billing cycle.
- Your proposal counter resets. Your new monthly limit is in effect from the moment you upgrade.
- Your previous subscription is cancelled immediately. You won't be double-charged. The old plan is ended at the point of upgrade.
Example: You're on Starter (10 proposals, no page heatmap). You upgrade to Growth mid-cycle. Immediately, you have 20 proposals available this cycle and the Page Heatmap is unlocked on all your existing proposals.
Note: There are no prorated credits for unused days on your previous plan. This is standard practice — the upgrade cost is the full new plan price.
Cancelling Your Plan
When you cancel, your plan is not cut off immediately. You retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What cancellation looks like:
- Click Cancel subscription in Settings → Billing
- Your plan status changes to "Cancelled — access until [date]"
- You continue using Nudji normally until that date
- On the expiry date, your account becomes read-only (same as a trial that's ended)
You are not charged again after cancelling. The final billing date was your most recent renewal.
Renewing After Cancellation
If you cancelled but change your mind, you can renew from Settings → Billing as long as your access period hasn't ended yet.
- A renewed subscription starts a new billing cycle from the renewal date
- You regain full access to all plan features immediately
If your access period has already ended (account is read-only), start a new subscription from the pricing page.
Note: You cannot resubscribe to the same plan while still within your paid cycle. Wait until your current period ends, or upgrade to a higher plan immediately.
Billing in India
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Nudji accepts:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and others)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You'll receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay at your registered email.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, Nudji enters a grace period. You retain full access for 7 days while the payment is retried.
During this period, a banner appears in your dashboard and a notification is sent to your email. You can update your payment method from Settings → Billing.
If the payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account becomes read-only until a successful payment is made.
Viewing Your Billing History
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, next renewal date, and subscription status. Payment receipts are sent directly by Razorpay to your registered email.
